New Server update #1 - New Game-mode

The new game-mode contains a lot of updates, and below here I will list some of them, but thats far from all, the rest are stuff you will have to go try and find out yourself.

Admins can edit every stats players have in-game without restart
Admins can give players cars, money, houses businesses and so on.
Admins can create new houses/businesses in-game without restarting

Admins can add atms and other small stuff ingame without restart
Admins can add maps in game without restarting
Admins can add new teleport locations ingame
Admins can now ban Accounts, IPS, both and range bans
Admins can add RP jobs in-game without restart
Admins can now check for health and Armour hacks on players

Tester System
Tester system have been added

Character
Characters now save in an MySQL Database
You gain payday each hour you play, and you need to be online at least 35 mins to earn your payday
When you have reached a specific amount of paydays, you can upgrade your level what can be used to various of things
Your character now feel hunger, so remember to eat or you will die after some time.
Your character can get sick under special circumstances(Still in test mode, not added yet. Expected to be added on opening of server)

Map
Gang colors have been re-added to the map
House
Dynamic House system have been added.
House system requires you to have a level between 1-99, be able to pay the house price
Dynamic Interior change, we can change it to whatever you want
Admins can added houses in-game, no need to restart
Admins can sell houses if players goes inactive or gets banned
You can add furniture to your house/map it just like you want In-game
Business
Dynamic business system have been added
Casino business, can be used to play games in, those games are there so you can earn money if you are ready to take the risk.

In restaurant you can /eatfood to get rid of your hunger, there are also streetshops where you can /buyfood
Betting place are used for rich players to make rp events, such as horsebetting, blackjack, poker and other games.
Disco/club are used as a party place, the only thing scriptwise is that you can /buydrink and get drunk, remember to tell the police if they smell alcohol that you did drink(soon a script be added to test how much you have been drinking.
Tattoo shops are only there for RP purpose, the only way you can make money is to set an entrance fee.
Sexshops are there for pure RP for now, but soon you can buy and need them for more.
Bars have the same rights as disco/club, just that they are more local areas.
Ammonation store can be used to buy a few weapons for now. Available weapons: armour, deagle, 9mm, shotgun, mp5, m4a1.
Clothing stores you can buy a new skin(coming soon, we going to add a object part, so for now contact admins)
There are also stores located at mall, where you can by different stuff, such as objects , boombox and much more.
Jobs
Mechanic job(/refillcar, /repaircar, /paintcar, /colorlist, /buycomp, /attach)

Police
Police now have a new HQ
Police MDC have been added, they can check number players, wanted list, trace 911 calls and much more in it
Police Armoury have been added to a special location in the garage
New Police cars have been added
High ranked officers now have to /authorizeswat /deauthorizeswat before people can use the SWAT tab in armoury
Spikes have been added
APB system have been added
Roadblock system have been added
Police have special object tab in armoury, that can make them get any object on them, from police cap to riot shield.

Vehicle System
Dealership have been added, buy cars that have been added by admins to it.
Faction Vehicles have been removed, to test how it works with private owned vehicles only(LSPD and LSFD/EMS still have their faction cars)
Real life radio have been added to cars
Modifications can be bought to your car
/engine system have been added, can be broken with a toolkit
Fuel system have been added
You can buy locks and stuff to make your car more secured
Cars now have a unique number-plate, that police can use to see how own the car.
Website
Script is optimized so it can communicate with a website(website is in progress to be created)
We can modify all stats by players and save scripts from a website
Weapon
Weapons now save.
Weapons got increases damage
Heavy weapons like RPGs, minigun and such have been removed
Police now have a limit amount of weapons unless they are on swat mission

Licenses
Drivers test is now added to get a driving license
Weapon license can only be given by LSPD
Flying license you need to take a flying test
Police can revoke your license at any time
