Recording programs

I want to download a recording program, but I don't know which one I should go for. And it's because I got Windows 8.1 and a few friends of mine got it too. They used fraps for the first time and it went down from 90 to 10. Is that normal? Which recording program should I go for?

Intel core i5-4200M 
GeForce GTX 760M

It takes hella memory off your computer, it sucks it like it's a lolipop plus it records in parts so you'll have to edit every video.

I recommand you to get dxtory.

it won't, bandicam doesn't drop fps that much and use a crack for the watermark lol

skype from windows 8 is annoying to, u can remove and download windows 7 skype if you're also unhappy about skype

for some reason the rendering got bugged again, so i'll just make this clear in text.

Download this version and install it, there are no viruses or anything, if your AV does detect anything, it's not a virus.

After installing it, DO NOT run the original .exe - go to the Crack folder located inside the folder you downloaded, and take out the AutoInject.exe along with the D3DX9_40.dll to your desktop or any prefered space - those are the main two files.
Upon turning on AutoInject.exe, you will see two windows:

On the Processes [left] window, press the three dots button and locate your original .exe [it will be wherever you installed Mirillis Action in], select it then press the + button.
To the right, you will press the [...] button again and select the D3DX9_40.dll file in wherever you put it. Select it, but don't press + yet. Select/highlight [click once] on the selection you made on the left, which is the original exe, THEN press the + and don't forget to check "Inject upon process startup".
You're done, you'll just have to repeat the same process every time you turn the AutoInjector on.
