Teamspeak Issue

Hey guys!
Rusu here. I have an issue. I recently downloaded TS3 for [LSPD] comunication and I cannot speak!
Not like my microphone isn't working properly. It is. When I say something in the microphone it doeșn't even indicate I speak, as it should. It's like I am not even speaking!
Is it TeamSpeak or my computer? And how can I fix it? Thanks.

Extra note: I am using Windows 7 Ultimate.
