Let's get it serious.

Alright, ladies and gentlemen, friends, family, wannabes, OG's and all the type of creatures we have here.I guess it was about time to make this kind of topic.Lately, i've noticed that people complain about factions, which attack with guns alot ( don't need to name the factions ). 24/7 shootouts, shootouts, shootouts..How about you take a little chill pill with that gang banging, i see that alot of people these days with the meaning "attack" understand, cleaning the whole hood out with AK's..
I've been lately watching good old SOLS videos, with those nice ass brawls and tagging..This could come handy to you all and might clear up your mind, because lately I HAVEN'T SEEN NOT ONLY A GOOD BRAWL, BUT HAVEN'T SEEN A SINGLE ENEMY HOOD TAGGING.This doesn't mean we have to forget about guns, but more like "Let's grab that good old rusty bat over there, and swing it" or a spraycan.
Here are some good old videos, to show you an example.

There are some brawls nowadays. But everybody thinks it`s a marathon and runs around attempting to hit someone ,because its easier to kill since the damage got higher.

One of the main reasons is because of the kill list and the new wep damage. People wanna get on the kill list for some ''sweeeg'', just to show how hard are they. We all know which gang is the one who's shooting 24/7, but still, the wep damage is good. But why do you need the kill list? Pure MG and makes people wanna show that they pwned a gang. Totally agree with this, gangs should do like 1 shootout, 1 brawl and 1 drive-by per day. This is Gang RP, not gang wars. Hood RP is the main thing to do on this server.

We can't brawl because the damage for punches is fucked up right now. A single left click punch takes more damage than your fighting style does so everyone runs around like chickens trying to punch people like that.

the kill list have been removed a several times but it always comes back becuase the players like it.
However, we are role playing the 1990's and there wasn't much "brawling" in south central during the 90's plus that people be afraid of brawling cuase it's so easy to die in it, so much bunny hopping and chicken running plus brawling isn't about skills it's always the laggers that wins, lol.
But yeah I miss those old school brawls aswell, I will try to organize a couple of brawls IC'ly today.

And yeah, I agree with what Chris said, but we have a problem, we should lower the fist damage and add more damage to melee's so instead of people using their fist only they will buy bats, swords, knives, knuckles and so on. And when I say lower the fist damage, I mean, really, lower it very much so we won't see people that punch eachother and die quickly also we should stop being such kill-list hungry, some people kill enemies just for the sake of being on kill-list.

We went to your territory without guns to fight you and you gangsters took out guns and killed us.
Pretty shame people cant take that this game is about fun and they need to have their names on kill-list.

We fucking need more brawls and tagging for real, real gangwars arent like shooting each other all the time, rping a gangmember isnt about shooting each other the fuck around.

and ugh, as i mentioned in other topics the rules aren't strict enough, that's why people feel like doing whatever they want, not what they're supposed to do. yes that includes the nonstop shootouts. this isn't the sols that used to be, everyone just shoots these days because they think it's a dm server or whatever.

Yes you do, you die from 3-4 normal punches, not even fighting style just normal left click punches. The damage has been updated, so please don't post in such topics if you don't play anymore or don't know what the situation on the server is.
