How to use weapons and strategy correctly

Ok i need to clean this up because it looks like it to me no body wants to use low weapons and just like to use high weapons. Lets break it down in to groups first using a few examples of weapons.

Melee Weapons: Baseball bat, Knife, Brass Knuckles
Handgun Weapons: Colt 45, Silent Colt 45
Sub-Machine Weapons: Uzi, Tec 9
Heavy Sub-Machine Weapons: AK-47, M4

Now lets do a scenario i am a grove street member hanging outside CJ's crib i am with 2-3 gang members, we are all equipped with a colt 45. A car decides to enter the hood and a balla hops out shooting a AK-47 performing a drive by on the grove street members, they run and one of them gets killed.

Now if the gang leader was clever he could of had a gang member with a AK-47 on the roof top scoping the hood out or even with a shotgun, or even scouts with bmx's hanging outside the front entrances of the hood where known rival gang members decide to attack from.

I never hardly blame the gang members on their choice of weapons they use it all goes down to the gang leader at the end of the day. You remember how CJ did not even get his hand on a gun until Big smoke brought him to Emmet to get him heated even shown him how to shoot a gun with target practice with the bottles

Gang leaders you really need to organise your members in to groups by having the strongest members performing the strongest roles, for a example, Khlow is a beast a brawls he would be known as a brawler, Tawl is a great scout he knows when rivals are entering the hood what weapons they are equipped with so he can get back to the hood and tell the others. Remember the OG loc party where the grove member rides back and hops off the bike telling sweet and the others that ballas are going to attack? this was a great communication between them and they got strapped and ready before the rivals arrived using cars to block them coming from and hiding behind the cars doing RP SHOOTOUTS


The LAW also need to work how to use weapons correctly as i keep hearing the members need FAST CARS i think you just need a faster strategy, having police choppers following the car that you are chasing, shooting the criminals tire will slow them down, perform road blocks? like come on you have RADIOS? keep the crew informed where the convict is heading this would mostly be the helicopter and how police officers on foot can get ready to perform tactics to take him/her down. It would be great if you can stop shooting and killing the criminals and if the gang members can fear more these officers, it is not about just getting killed and respawning, its about facing that sentence and being loyal to your gang members, and letting the other gangs escape, why we have a prison remember? which i believe the prison rp would be amazing.

What you guys think and tell me suggestions

100% agree with this, it'd boost the roleplay because nowadays the roleplay is very passive and it should be changed quickly.

I agree, that's what I mean when I say.
That we can't just give a leadership to the last member there is, we have to give it to someone who does unique RP, who can actually handle a gang. Leaderships are not for everyone, it's for people who can actually make good effort on RP with his members.

I agree on the part were they need to fear cops more, because 99% of the time when the suspects car has been blown up, they asspull a colt45/uzi/tec-9 and shoot in the air, so we can't taze them, and then we have to kill them because everytime we use /stop or /air they keep shooting in the air, untill they are dead.

If we actually had a working prison with commands and not a shitty prison like bear's.

ino, theres way better scripts but u wont taste none of them cause u dont even know how to register an account, not even mentioning quiz, maybe in 4-5 years respi, maybe..
