Samp sound fix

On some vids i saw people got samp sounds i mean when you rush on people that they are going to talk ect. My question is how can i fix that? Would be Great if someone could help me

I can help you, I got some sounds that will fix that, by the way, in the videos the persons might edited the video and put those voices in. I got the sounds only when shooting your guns and bumping into people.

Yh could be usefull. My sounds still wont work. The radios and when you run into someone that the person starts to talk. That wont work for me.
